The Bugle Blog is intended to provide a means for Greypath members to publish more personal musings about life, family and suchlike...

The Bugle Blog is NOT a forum - the Coffee Shop and Senate are where discussion of issues takes place - the Coffee Shop for light, sociable discussions, the Senate for more robust discussion of serious issues affecting seniors.

You are welcome to comment on a Bugle Blog posting if you wish - just no debating, please.

Generally, the Bugle Blog is not the place to post jokes - we have the Jokes forum for that.

Generally, keep it short and sweet! The Bugle Blog tries to exhibit newspaper-style brevity.

All postings should be your own words - no large copying of other people's work.

Attributed quotations are fine as long as they are short and sweet; e.g. "...brevity is the soul of wit" (Shakespeare's Hamlet).

Original poems are appropriate! For the poems of others, may we suggest a link is provided rather than a copied block of text?

It's OK to include images, photos and drawings - but keep 'em small to fit in with our 3-column publishing format. We're after little gems that sparkle on the page...

For larger images, we suggest you use the new Greypath Gallery (click [here] to visit).

You can set the General category for your blog entries that are too big to fit the Bugle Blog format - Bugle readers can access your full blog from of your Bugle postings.
